A classic bacon sandwich with crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomato slices, and creamy mayo, sandwiched between two slices of toasted bread.
Ingredients: 6 slices bacon. 2 slices bread. 1 tablespoon butter. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Mayonnaise.
Instructions: Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Toast bread slices to desired level of crispiness. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Layer lettuce leaves and tomato slices on one bread slice. Top with cooked bacon slices. Spread mayonnaise on the other bread slice. Place the mayo-covered bread slice on top of the bacon to form a sandwich. Cut the sandwich in half if desired. Serve and enjoy!
