This Bacon, Eggs, Cheese, and Biscuits Brunch is a delicious and satisfying meal perfect for a weekend brunch with friends like Angela. The combination of crispy bacon, runny eggs, melted cheese, and warm biscuits is sure to please everyone's taste buds.
Ingredients: 4 slices of bacon. 4 eggs. 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice. 4 biscuits. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Place the bacon on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside. While the bacon is cooking, prepare the biscuits according to the package instructions. Usually, this involves baking them in the oven for a specified time. In a skillet, melt some butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness sunny-side up, over easy, etc.. Season with salt and pepper. Once the biscuits are ready, split them in half horizontally. Layer each biscuit half with a slice of bacon, a cooked egg, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Place the biscuit halves back in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese. Remove from the oven, assemble the biscuit halves to create sandwiches, and serve hot.

Ingredients: 300g fusilli pasta. 200g wild mushrooms, sliced such as porcini, chanterelles, or shiitake. 150g bacon, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: Cook fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced bacon and cook until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet. In the same skillet with the bacon fat, add minced garlic and chopped onion. Saut until softened and fragrant. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and become tender. Return the cooked bacon to the skillet. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened. Add cooked fusilli pasta to the skillet with the mushroom and bacon mixture. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again to combine. Serve the Fusilli with Wild Mushrooms and Bacon hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy your flavorful and comforting pasta dish!

Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 80% lean. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. 8 slices cheddar cheese. 4 slices red onion. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 slices tomato. 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy. Ketchup and mustard, for topping. Pickles, for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and form them into burger patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper. Place the burger patties on the hot grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese. While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill until they're golden brown. To assemble the ultimate cheeseburgers, start with the bottom half of each bun. Add a lettuce leaf, a burger patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, a slice of red onion, and a slice of crispy bacon. Spread ketchup and mustard on the top half of the buns, then place them on top of the assembled burgers. Serve your DJ BBQ's Ultimate Cheeseburgers hot with pickles on the side. Enjoy!
