Taking a break from stats prompts for now. @somequeerdistortion, I will be utterly delighted to look at ASOIAF stats eventually. Those were my favorite books for a long time, and I'm a big fan of the show! :)

I'm also working with some co-conspirators to hopefully eventually make it easy for everyone to get basic stats about their favorite fandom/pairing/etc. But that's a ways off...

Both of you have offered to help me turn my scripts into publicly usable data fetching & visualization tools -- esgibter on the AO3 scraping side, and anna on the Tumblr API side. Anna points out that the projects have a lot in common (at least on the data viz side), and it probably makes sense to collaborate!
I'm introducing you here, and I can also share your emails with one another if you don't mind -- but I wanted to check first before doing that. This weekend I'll be figuring out how to add my scripts to a Github repository (I am a dork and have never used Github sorry /o\ ) and attempting to document them at least a little bit. And apologizing for how hacktastic they are. ;)
