Had the wonderful chance to meet the voice actors of Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask :). Linda even complimented me on my Sailor V cosplay :D.
[...]In being a part of the Sailor Moon voice cast, Proctor has many wonderful memories with fans, but there was one in particular, that he will never forget. “I was getting a lot of physical fan mail in boxes at my agency and my agency would call and say ‘Hey do you want to come up to the agency and pick up a box of mail?’ And sometimes they would open it for me, and my agent said ‘hey listen I opened one because it looked kind of special.’ There was an eight year old girl whose mom contacted me and said ‘ could you please, please please, call my daughter for her eighth birthday, it would be the best!’ The agency arranged for me to call and wish her a happy birthday as Tuxedo Mask.” About three or four years ago Proctor attended Anime Expo in Los Angeles, and the fan that he had wished a happy birthday when she was a little girl, (whose now a young woman) met Proctor and introduced him to her husband to be. The couple invited Proctor to the wedding. “I went from talking to an 8-year-old girl to meeting that girl later in life and toast her wedding,” Proctor said.
Let’s Talk About Tuxedo Mask: An Interview with Toby Proctor, Brutal Gamer

The Real Reason for Tuxedo Mask's Inability to be Anywhere on Time
In a recent interview with the Dic Sailor Moon cast, Toby Proctor (voice actor for Tuxedo Mask) finally sheds some light on a decades-old mystery:
"I can only guess that my character had a rose garden somewhere. That’s why he’s always late, though, cause he had to go get a rose somewhere."
THIS. EXPLAINS. EVERYTHING.
"Hey, girl. You like my big hat? Wait'll you see the size of my gardening shears."
Say what you want about the 90s dub, the voice cast is full of sweethearts, and the music is probably the best thing to come out of it. I cried during "Power of Love" at Jennifer Cihi's concert.
So I went to Anime Boston in March. And Toby Proctor, aka Tuxedo Mask, was there. And I was in the artist alley before his panel and I found this one girl who was selling their bookmarks she made. And it was Tuxedo Mask in like... A speedo. And it was fabulous. And... I bought one and I told her that I was going to get Toby to sign one. And the girl was like "I will give you one for free if you promise to give it to him." So I was like Yeah! And then we went to his panel and while he was taking questions, I told him I had a present for him and he told me to come up. And so explained the situation and gave him the bookmark and he called it saucy and said he loved it.
SO.
Long story short.
I met Tuxedo Mask.
And he and I have matching bookmarks <3
