I’m just so confused as to why that was needed. like at first I was like ‘oh it’s because she and tarjei made a joke about asking julie to have isak&video kiss before s3, but like re-watching it and stuff. it’s just no. And you can see Carl’s face drop a bit and it’s like “....”

holy shit, it moved me to tears. that's when i knew for sure that this show was something very special

i just watched it again and honestly, it’s stunning. the dialogue, the music, the way they intercut the scenes, the heaviness of it all, the way it’s somehow comforting but also painful. it’s easily in my top five favourite scenes of the whole show
