Now I take everything that’s canon with a grain of salt because it’s the Elder Scrolls and everything must be taken with a grain of salt...  But if we see the transfer of consciousness in ESO with the black soul gem powering a factotatum body and retaining the soul’s personality, and then that fellow goes back to work like “hey look at my cool new robot body guys!”  And Sotha Sil was unresponsive when Almalexia kills him, but the heart kept under construction... 

It wouldn’t be too far fetched to have him continue on as his city.  That seems like something he would try to do to me.

My late summer/fall gaming experience thus far:

BG3: Five stars, excellent. Crashed once prior to a patch.

Starfield: No idea, it's crashed like 7 times and I'm still on the 2nd tutorial planet.
