Just a gentle reminder, Radio Rangers! There will be no episode of Tom Cherry's Old Time Radio Show at the Farmland Community Center this October! The show will return to the Center on November 23, 2024 at 3:00pm!

Attention, Radio Rangers! Due to the Farmland Chili Cook-Off, there will be no Tom Cherry's Old Time Radio Show on September 28, 2024. Unfortunately, there will be no radio show in October as well. Tom Cherry's Old Time Radio Show will return to the Farmland Community Center on November 23, 2024.

Well, I think it’s pretty safe to say 2020 was not a good year for the radio show! Despite having our performances cancelled at the Farmland Community Center due to the pandemic, the radio gang did load up the radio Winnebago and took the show on a road trip to Peru, Indiana for their Second Saturday event on July 11, 2020! Taking the stage at Dillinger’s (61 South Broadway, Peru, IN 46970), the radio gang performed Off the Rails with Zed and the Bookman and Tall Tales of the Old West! The talented cast that day included Wendy Carpenter, Bob Green, Jeff Rapkin, Todd Terrell, Debby Girtman and Merlyn Florez with Judy Cole and Cliff Lowe as our sound squad!

Special thanks to Kassi Kotkoski for inviting the radio show to Peru for a fun day and to the employees at Dillinger’s for their help and hospitality!
