this is probably going to get him into trouble. scratch that, this is definitely going to get him into trouble, but when has that ever stopped him? todd's surprisingly fidgety as he nears the front of the line, the man he'd heard so much yet so little about waiting behind the counter for his order. he glances at his name tag, then around the room, then wordlessly prays sloane isn't hiding out back ready to catch him in the act. he could totally style it out if she did, though. probably. "hey... peter. can I get a black coffee, please? make it as bitter as possible."
