....you had said toddler on your knee while you pooped and then had to give him a sticker so he’d get off you and let you wipe your own butt (sticker awarded to stop “no mummy wipe bum, no mummy wipe bum, no mummy wipe bum” repeatedly being shouted at 5.40am and potentially waking baby and husband) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ....you showered this morning with an audience who sat on the bathroom rubbish bin eating snax crackers ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ....you have a balance bike and tiny people red band gumboots on your bedroom floor ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ....you sat inside a Mocka teepee just so said toddler would let you put his clothes on ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ....you served up cheerios, popcorn and plastic cheese for breakfast to avoid a tantrum ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ....you are writing this while someone climbs all over you saying “fee fi fo fum” and trying to grab your phone ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And that’s just this morning. It’s only 10.28am.
