Aww, I hope you feel better soon, also recently I've been remembering repressed memories and it's hell rn. Do you know any ways to keep myself and my alters calm during this time? One alter already lashed out at another because of this.
Honestly, its about picking something to focus on that either just the host likes or the majority likes. Strategy being... fixate and let things process in the background. I recommend something senseless that in no way triggers emotional responses from anyone (thats why i hesitate to recommend shows here). Comedies are good, horror is sometimes good. Maybe start a big project like reaching a milestone in writing or building a thing or finishing reading an entire book series. Give everyone space and time to process. If someone needs to vent somewhere, give them the opportunity to let it out. It’s always better to come back to 5 pages of venting on a word document than finding an alter lashed out at someone.
