He does not celebrate his birthday anymore--the day always brings back the pain he’s desperately trying to hide away. He felt his twin’s last moments as his own, and when this day rolls around each year, he relives that. He doesn’t spend his birthday celebrating...he spends it locked up in an inn room crying into a pillow to muffle his grief.
He was never able to recover his twin’s body, so he has no grave to visit. Each passing year, the guilt grows more and more, threatening to break Lios entirely.
If anyone were to give him well wishes, he’d at least feign a smile. Alas, it’d never reach his eyes.
He spends the day alone, and will refuse to share his grief with another--in this respect, he’s still childishly stubborn.
