We couldn’t have gotten a better prompt for October than ORANGE.🧡 Meaning I could go all-out for the autumn and Halloween vibes! Especially since the last Thursday of the month, when we have our little showcase, was on Halloween!

I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do this alongside Inktober, or that it would turn out rushed, but I’m actually proud of this. A couple of them even said that my painting was a good way to entice them to get another slice of the pumpkin pie I’d baked for that day.

Not to mention everyone’s pieces came together so beautifully, yet again! There’s something so pleasing to the eye about seeing this menagerie of pieces with the same colour theme. (Makes me even more excited for November’s prompt…)
