Toffee Blizzard

they/them

Generally femme presenting, pear shaped, thicc thighs/hips/ass, usually has an afro that’s dyed a bright color, likes wild and bright make-up looks (but not clown make-up like Chrys), almost their entire wardrobe is neon, 5’5” but often wears platform shoes

They have some self-conscious feelings about their gender presentation because they like presenting as femme but ofc don’t enjoy being invalidated or misgendered bc they don’t adhere to androgyny

Half-hawaiian, half-black

Keanu and Toffee are cousins! Toffee’s mom is Hawaiian

Toffee has neon powers

Their older brother, Reggie, is super smart (to the point of being a superpower) and loves chemistry and engineering. He makes gloves and boots for Toffee and Keanu that allow them to add chemicals to their neon powers that create different effects

Toffee is not very confident with their powers. Keanu, Reggie, and WPU are helping them get more confident

Shy, very sweet, reserved, sensitive 

Loves going to raves

Always wearing kandi bracelets and accessories, which they made themself or traded with others

Collects stickers and neon colored knick-knacks

Loves anything that’s bright or cute. Big fan of anime. Arguably a weeb. Intensely into pokemon and yu-gi-oh and maybe some other TCGs

Likes to go thrifting and upcycle old clothes. They’re very creative

For sure has a pair of converse covered in marker doodles

Has a lot of pins everywhere, especially pins that say “they/them”

Their ideal bedroom is neon arcade aesthetic
