Day 9 VEGANMOFO 2013
Its a double deep fried kinna day...plus i was a bit lazy over the weekend and didn't get round to posting stuff :(
I've been perfecting the TO-FISH AND CHIPS recipe and finally think i've got it down.
To-fish and chips with minted mushy peas, tartar sauce with gherkins and capers, double fried red rooster chips, and a big ole squeeze of lemon. ( The To-fish is wrapped in nori sheets and fried in Williams brothers beer batter with cider vinegar and mustard seeds)
Honestly this is one of the staffs favourite dishes and mine also, the batter and the tartar together Offt, and the mushy peas, oh my god, i love mushy peas!!!!
