Tofo Diaries - 29.11.2018: 7 AM storm stroll on the beach - Cleaning up the washed up plastic
Tofo Diaries - 7.10.2018: The past 10 days I’ve been stuck with a nasty infection in my leg. A boil (we called him Berry). Unfortunately as both my job and my free time spending are mostly surrounded by the element of water, I was stuk on land for over a week. Quite frustrating to say the least. A lot op limping, 1 hospital, 2 medics and 3 antibiotics further here I am, with a nearly healed wound (which looks like a bullet hole, if someone asks I got shot fighting off poachers). Health care facilities in Mozambique I found, were somewhat impressive, from an Europeans perspective, however I found people to be really helpful and professional. I’m not going into further details, but the pictures here above do give a quite good impression.
Tofo Diaries - 4.10.2018: The Mozambican Peace and Reconciliation Day, day off from the office spent at the beach watching the waves. This was during a week forced on land due to a leg infection. Gladly spent the afternoon admiring the wave formations, the wind, and mates surf.
