Ingredients: 1 block tofu, crumbled. 2 potatoes, diced. 1 onion, chopped. 1 bell pepper, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Saut until softened. Add diced potatoes to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and crispy. Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and add crumbled tofu. Sprinkle turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper over the tofu and potatoes. Mix well.
