Quick questions about the Togari family.

So I understand that Ayata and his wife were high school sweethearts and married young (Like Haruo and Akihime), but I was wondering if Koba was a planned pregnancy?

And what kind of job does Ayata have that almost made him overwork to an early grave?

Ayata and his wife "had it together" (they didn't) in the eyes of everyone around them, unlike Akahime and Haruo, and Koba was very much wanted and planned because "thats what married couples do" and their parents wanted a grandchild. They were dating all throughout high-school so their parents rushed them and that put a strain on their relationship.

Ayata is an IT engineer but quite low on the food chain when he takes Koba to the clinic, so he was working hard to get a promotion for better pay. Which means long hours and his wife felt lonely and overwhelmed at looking over a household and child right out of high-school.
