rereading some Kiyoshi chapters and it seems like they set up some stuff from the current arc in the Grand Cross test exam arc. But someone that hasn't been brought back is Jinta Kanatsuchi. He's an interesting fellow so far... I mean I don't recall Ginzan showing up either but he had a bit more to do and is part of the same team as Hitsugi and Mako so...

But also this was probably foresahadowing
