Toki Sunao

This is the kind of design I’d never manage to create myself but one I also really like. It has three noticeable elements: the layered, scalloped skirt, the lacy top, and the transparent veils, none of which have anything to do with each other, but manage to work really well together since in an of itself they’re so simple and there’s nothing else in the look to fight for attention. But especially the top and dress are great and could work as a centerpiece of a design even alone. And just one veil either on her head or on her skirt might feel out of place, but now that there’s two it becomes a part of the theme.

I’m not sure about the chain on her head, but she does need something there to hold the veil in place. Maybe it’d be a bit better if it and her soul gem had a more similar shape. I also don’t care much for how her sleeves have a simple stripe, while the chest of the dress has a more detailed pattern and the hem has a dotted line. Hair colour is also a bit odd choice but also certainly unique with this palette. But these are just small gripes about an overall really solid design. 9/10.

Have some details on Sunao. Specifically her useless wish. Her wish was to have her parents stop worrying about her but they started worrying about the things she had to do as a magical girl. Truly, amazing. Someone managed to beat Leila.

That is an achievement indeed.

i really appreciate that sunao is self-conscious about her weight/figure and then chiharu has a number of homescreen lines talking about how ridiculously hot sunao is. thank u chiharu; you go girl
