More toku-business-y question: Do you know of a better finished sub for Hurricanger? I watched it all years ago as an HK Sub, but haven't found any groups that have made a sub AND finished the series.
I haven't seen any group get past like episode 10 of Hurricanger. The HK subs aren't as awful as Abaranger's, at least.

I want to, but the first 15 or so episodes are where I always get stopped. It doesn’t feel like it has any momentum. Is there a sweet spot where you can say “It picks up here”?
For it picked up literally after that point at episode 16. It's so worth it.

My indepth apologies to Bob for not responding to this meme sooner, but I get super self-conscious and weird about memes sometimes and I just happen to be drunk enough to start answering questions about me tonight!
Also, disclaimer: these were both the same "answer 11 questions, write 11 questions, tag 11 people" meme but I literally never do the second 2/3rds of these kinds of memes because I am really bad at thinking of questions. So I'm just gonna answer the questions that were posed to me instead and I'm sorry if you were expecting more oTL
SO advance behind the cut if you want answers!
First, Bob's questions!
1) You have a tray that instantly replenishes your perfect meal instantly and infinitely, without going bad. It has an entrée, 2-3 sides, desert and two drinks. What’s on the tray?
Whoo, boy, you know what's UP. Um. My mother's chicken enchiladas, KFC's mashed potatoes and gravy, a small bowl of chips and my own personal cream cheese and salsa dip, chocolate chip cheesecake, Grey Goose Cheery Noir & Coke Zero, and a melon flavored Ramune. :D
2) What’s your sleeping position?
I generally sleep on my stomach, with both arms folded beneath my pillow, and one leg stick-straight, the other bent at the knee. Generally referred to as the 'figure four' sleeping position.
3) Do you like to cook, and if so, who is your ‘cooking god’?
Not really, and I'm not very good at it either. My thing is adding weird stuff to packaged Maruchan ramen, so. But if had to pick a 'cooking god' it would be either Alton Brown or Nadia G from Bitchin' Kitchen.
4) You get to meet 3 people and have a whole day and evening with them. Who are they, and what are you all doing?
Assuming there is an implied BabelFish involved there so we can all understand each other despite not being able to speak the same language... I'll go the fandom-y route and say Jinnai Sho, James Dewees and... Hm. Let's say Rick Riordan. I'm not sure what we're doing that all three of them would enjoy. Bowling, maybe? XD
5) You suddenly have enough money to afford a few major purchases you need right now. But, they’re limited to 2 of the following five: a new car, a new house, the money you owe everyone you’ve ever borrowed from, the bare bones to start a business, and the vacation of a lifetime for you and your significant other. What two do you choose?
I won't need a car in a year, as I'm moving to Pittsburgh and have every intention of making quality use of public transit once I LIVE IN A CITY THAT HAS PUBLIC TRANSIT. I would like to have a house, so we'll back-burner that one. OH I would love to pay off ALL Of my debts. Bare bones... Yeah, we'll come back to that, since it's one of the ones that's definitely going to make it to the 'top two' so to speak, and then the vacation. I don't have just one significant other, so I will set this one aside as not being inclusive of there being two significant others in my life.
So, that leaves me with... A house, pay of my debts, a business. I would take the business, easily. I wouldn't use it, I would donate it to my fiancée's business, so she could actually afford the things that it would take to make her business quote-unquote "legitimate" as in, allow her to do business AS a business. I know this is a thing she wants, and I want to help her with that. As for the other... I guess I'd pick to pay off my debts. I could pay rent on a nice apartment a lot easier if my debts were forgiven.
6) What’s your preferred underwear style?
I wear 'mens' ringer boxer-brief style underwear. Exclusively, I suppose I should add.
7) You can have literally any animal/beast you can think of as your loyal and loving pet/familiar until you pass. What is it, and what do you name it?
Either an Octopus or a Sea Otter. I don't have a name picked out, I'd have to get to know the creature in question :3
8) You have the power to live two lives simultaneously: one still here, and one in your preferred fantasy. Assuming you can only benefit from this, what fantasy world are you living in? (*Bonus - Will the two worlds merge, and if they do, will you still enjoy the outcome?)
Right now I am drunk enough and fixated enough to say I would appreciate living in the ongoing apocalypse that is the Pacific Rim universe. I have a strong enough empathy that I think I could drift with literally anyone. I'd be a hero! If the world's merged, the PacRim universe would obviously come out 'triumphant' so to speak, and yeah, I would enjoy it.
9) Goobers or Raisinettes?
This is tough for me! I like both a lot! I guess I'd have to pick Raisinettes because no one else likes them, so no one will take them? Also because Goobers are not as good as Mr. Goodbars.
10) You find out from an accident made during a blood test that your body holds the cure for a major disease. They can create a distributable vaccine within the month, but they need ½ of the blood currently coursing through your veins. You have a good possibility of dying, it’s a 50/50 shot. But if you wait to do it a little at a time, the numbers of the countless people with the disease dying will be significant. Do you risk it?
Well, I've only ever gotten one blood test in my life, it was when I had mono. Generally my blood is not considered 'safe' because I have been known to get too many tattoos.
But. I don't know. This question is a little to personal, even for me.
I can say that:
-I don't have suicidal thoughts
-I am not prepared for death
-I do not have the allowance for organ donation on my driver's license
And take from that what you will, with regards to this question.
11) What one question would you like answered out of this world, sincerely?

Another insanely hard question for me. Um. There is one character that I associate with more stronger than I do with any other character in history, and that's Atréju/Atreyu from The Neverending Story by Michael Ende. I would gladly live his life.

At this point in my life/relationships? Teleport. God, I wish I could spend Simon's 6+ hours at work in Pittsburgh helping Gale sew.

Again, at this point in my life, I'll say canines/dogs. I literally almost always wonder what my poor Yorkie Renfield is thinking.
06 Who was the last person you sent written, physical mail to?
Oh man, I literally do not know. I don't send a lot of written, physical mail. I'm almost positive it was... an ebay order? I honestly don't remember? NO! The last physical mail I sent to was my dear Meg/green_buster (significantly NOT Megs/themegs that assigned me this meme, haha!). We sent her the first two Lynn Flewelling Nightrunner novels.
07 What one moment of your past would you like a second chance to do differently?
I have literally never forgiven myself for the assignation of a stupid idiotic meme that drove Angie from us.
08 What was the last thing you ate in a restaurant?
Simon and I went to the Northland Dairy Bar recently, I had the Chicken Pot Pie plate, as I always do at that particular restaurant. I think the last thing I ate was a slice of chocolate cream pie, though.
09 What is your least favorite household chore?
I actually hate doing household chores. But if I had to pick one out of the spread of chores that are required of me that I found least heinous, I would pick dish washing.
10 Would you prefer the ability to read people’s minds or to make them understand your own point of view?
Right now? (seems to be a recurring theme in this meme) Understand me. God, I wish I could make my beloveds understand my point of view immediately as soon as I express it. That's all.
11 What do you think about when you’re falling asleep?
Mostly really inappropriate stuff! To parse it down to something simple: My limbs falling asleep, one by one.
I think you did a great job on your PowerPoint slides! There are a few places you could possibly clean up or cut, but it's a great tool altogether. Is this to run a panel, or just for the tumblrs?
