Oh, and speaking of Pluto TV and TokuSato, I googled them, they're apparently a free, legal, Toku channel from Brazil that also has some stuff in Spanish because Latin American solidarity, heck yeah!
They also have a YouTube channel where they got their episodes. Pretty happy right now
Update: Kamen Rider Zi-O is complete and free (with ads) on Pluto TV.

Oh my god, turns out there's a legal way to watch Toku on Latin America, Pluto TV has a channel called "Tokusato" which airs Toku live; right now it's airing the last episode of Zi-O (with ads)
