Heyy, I'm so sorry about the heaviness :( I've only just started doing sessions (under supervision) and I walk away from each with so many thoughts and jumbled emotions I can't imagine what it's like for you to hold that space for multiple clients! Omg are you also doing therapy? I had no idea! Know that I’m always here for support ♥️ I know what a struggle these early years can be, especially if you don’t have good supervision (not saying you don’t, but I’ve had some truly awful supervisors). Luckily my new boss/supervisor is incredible though.
