Of course! I love all the GB ships and I’m in the world’s biggest mood to write pages of headcanons today. ❤️

proposes - Holtz, and it’s adorable. She proposes impulsively after they survive something stressful and Patty is taken completely aback (though enthralled and very !!!! about the whole situation). She tells her she’ll say yes when Holtz proposes to her for real. So, Holtz cooks up an entire cute evening with the help of Abby and Erin and proposes for the second time on the rooftop of the firehouse. She gives a whole awkward and heartfelt speech again and Patty gets emotional.

shops for groceries - Patty, because Holtz finds grocery shopping completely overwhelming and overstimulating.

kills the spiders - Patty has to take on the spiders if she wants them to actually die or be removed from the premises. Holtzmann is WAY more likely to capture them and try to conduct experiments on them. The first time Patty sees a glowing green spider crawling across their nightstand, Holtz gets kicked out of bed to go and deal with every one of them.

comes home drunk at 3am - Neither; they really only drink with each other. Patty gets wine-drunk and cries over things like the Library of Alexandria while Holtz rubs her back and comforts her while trying not to smile. Holtz goes to significantly darker places when she drinks, which is why she doesn’t unless Patty is with her.

makes breakfast - Aww, both. This would be very mutual: Holtz quickly picks up that Patty likes romantic gestures like breakfast in bed, and Patty’s pretty good at healthy habits like preparing a full breakfast most days.

remembers to feed the fish - Both are great at this! Holtz names every fish, gives them all distinct backstories, and gets attached to every one. And Patty’s heart is so big she makes sure everyone and everything is taken care of at all times. Neither would ever forget to feed a pet.

decorates the apartment - Both, omg. They would have the MOST fun doing this. Patty’s apartment is colorful and full of books and when they move in together, she insists on firm boundaries between her fancy first editions and anything that could catch fire. But Holtzmann is thrilled to help build awesome bookshelves for her and engineer an entire playroom for her own chinchillas.

initiates duets - Holtzmann initiates most often, and Patty is always more than happy to join in.

falls asleep first - Patty. Holtzmann has so much energy she has trouble winding down at night. With time, though, and with Patty’s arms around her, she starts to be able to relax enough to fall asleep.

sends the most selfies - Patty’s self-esteem is goals; she takes and sends the most selfies of the entire team. She also loves taking selfies with the team and Holtzmann, too! She loves herself and she loves her friends and she spreads the love around. She and Holtz are never at a loss for pictures of the two of them.

makes the first move - Holtzmann makes the first several moves, but Patty isn’t sure at first if she’s serious. Holtzmann starts saying they’re dating and Patty STILL isn’t sure she’s serious, but rolls with it anyway. She believes Holtzmann is just that affectionate with everyone until Abby pulls her aside one day and is like, “Hey, she’s serious; I never see her act like this with anyone but you.”

plans spontaneous trips - Holtzmann. Spontaneous is her middle name. She probably whisks Patty away to little hole-in-the-wall bookshops and historic places she’s researched on her own whenever she senses Patty’s stressed at work.

“I meant,” she starts, finally, “I mean, you’re. Holtzy. You’re the best part of my day. You’re so goddamn smart, and funny, and sweet when you think nobody’s lookin’, and I look at you and wonder how I lived my life so long without you in it.”

It’s too much. It’s not enough.

Maybe every time we love somebody, Patty thinks, the world ends a little less.
