Lights around us, Tom Bridge
Yellow phosphorescent light illuminating the modern life, whining rumbling busy bodies about their hourly tasks living, leaving, moving, lurching, stop start, purposeful without a purpose droning into the night. We all share this desire, a desire to move, to realize, the dark embracing lull of the night. True nocturnals alone in ones reverie, found in the metal shell of industrializations permit. Alone we stand at the end of times, blackened by the fumes, by the past, inebriation inclining a purpose, this is our delight. The signs are everywhere, never ending in the long dark fruitless night…
I've Just finished the edit for the next generation of kiteboarders; Olly, Guy and Tom Bridge. The footage was given to me by the bridge family from their family holiday to make into a viral kiteboarding promotion for the riders and the brands involved.
To get an edit, the first step was to convert everything to pro-ress to standardise all the different formats I was given. This saves time later. Generally I've kept the edit fairly clean so as not to distract from the riding as quite clearly they can handle themselves! Although there are a few instances of twixtor (i find slowing down to 1%-2& gets the best results from this plugin) and some film burn transitions (very easy to superimpose and just luma key out dark). Enjoy.
Brown will get 15 days of Administrative Leave associated with his separation. 260 business days in a year, so, do the math…carry the four…drop the decimal…that’s another $6,346 that Brown will get. Not a bad half day’s work!
Tom Bridge does the math in a follow up to our last post on Sulaimon Brown's exit from the Gray administration and his "separation package."

Two weeks ago, the ownership of Channel 7 WJLA and the news website TBD.com announced the two entities would merge. Two dozen TBD employees are being asked to apply for 8 open positions, the Washington Business Journal reported.
Tom Bridge at WeLoveDC writes that according to his source, the community team, the sports team, and news reporters have been released.

An email to city officials explaining what kind of Lincoln Navigator should be provided to D.C. Council chairman Kwame Brown.
The Post says the specially-requested SUV costs the city $1,900 a month. Tom Bridge tweeted, "Remember when we made fun of Fenty's smart car? Those are only $17k vehicles..."

Give us what we’re paying for, give us what we’ve been paying for lo these many years. Anything less is unacceptable.
Keep the cash: @tbridge has paid his taxes, he wants representation. A Republican congressman has pitched dropping D.C. taxes, but Tom Bridge thinks that's just a recipe for D.C. to get less.
