Tom Fraser (the man who wrote this song) is a friend of mine. So it might seem biased of me to say that this is one of the best tracks I’ve ever heard in 29 years of being alive. But, I’m not biased: I can be objective when it comes to music, due to being a nerd of the medium. He recorded this all by himself and did all of the instruments, with microphones/equipment which weren’t studio-class – did it all in his bedroom. It remains a masterpiece. Lend an ear.
