Auch der neueste Rechnungshofbericht hält fest, dass Wohnungen, die ausschließlich zu Vergnügungszwecken verwendet werden, die angespannte Lage am Wohnungsmarkt im urbanen Bereich empfindlich verschärfen. • In Wien alleine geht man von über 9.000 (!) Wohnungen aus, die über die Plattform AirBnB vermietet werden. 2018 wurde unter Druck von den Grünen in Wien ein Verbot von Kurzzeitvermietungen in besonders begehrten Lagen eingeführt. Nun ist die rot-pinke Stadtregierung aufgefordert, ihre Verpflichtung gegenüber den Wohnbedürfnissen der Wiener*nnen ernst zu nehmen und den Wohnraumkillern einen Strich durch die Rechnung zu machen. Denn Zweckentfremdung von Wohnraum ist kein Kavaliersdelikt, sondern muss konsequent verfolgt werden. Tomaselli del Rugby Livorno selezionato nell’Accademia FIR ‘Ivan Francescato’ Figura anche il nome del talentuoso mediano di mischia del Livorno Rugby, classe 2002, Gianluca Tomaselli, nella lista dei 37 atleti di interesse nazionale, invitati a partecipare, nella stagione sportiva 2020/21, all’Accademia Federale “Ivan Francescato”.

Pages from an 18th-century book documenting the servants of Count Hieronymus of Colloredo, Archbishop of Salzburg. On the left-hand page, second from the bottom, Leopold Mozart is listed as the Deputy Kapellmeister. Leopold maintained this position for the rest of his life, something that annoyed his son. Wolfgang saw his father’s lack of promotion to Kapellmeister as a snub from the Archbishop.

On the right-hand page, underlined in pencil, is a tenor named Giuseppe Tomaselli. His son would later buy a café in Salzburg, which bears his name to this day. It was probably for the best that the sale was made, since Mozart didn’t seem to think very highly of the café’s original owner.
