Ingredients: 200g wholemeal spaghetti. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 cup baby spinach leaves. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cook wholemeal spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add fresh breadcrumbs to the pan and toast until golden brown and crisp. Remove from heat.
