Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1/2 cup ricotta cheese. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 cup cherry tomatoes. 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven up to 450F 230C. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into the shape you want. Put the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and garlic powder in a small bowl and mix them together. Add pepper and salt. Evenly spread the cheese mixture on top of the pizza dough, leaving a little space around the edges. On top of the cheese mix, put the cherry tomatoes. Put some olive oil on the tomatoes and season them with salt and pepper. Once the oven is hot, put the pizza in it for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the tomatoes are roasted and just starting to burst.
