Tombow Blending Palette

First time using the tombow blending palette 🎨 You can clearly see I have a lot of practicing I need to do 😝

🌈🌝🌈I’ve been making sketches for new paintings and I want to create some cohesiveness, so I’m going to make multiple paintings with ‘the same vibe’. This is SOOOO hard for me 🤯 because, I love all kind of colour combinations. And I’ve experimented with everything. 🌝 Really dark, light and airy, supercolourful, pastel, sober, black & white, vintage. You name it. So it’s time for a challenge. I looked at all my previous paintings and what I noticed was that I like the mixture of unrealistic colours within the same painting. A bit like the painting with the leaves (swipe right) or the one with the eyes. These thumbnailsketches are for testing out different ideas with my pastel Tombowbrushes. To check the composition and play around with some ideas. 🎨 Let me know what you think! Be your best fan - Sé tu mejor fan - Cree en ti y sigue intentándolo. Cada día un poco más. Sabes que puedes. 💚💚💚 Aún recuerdo el día en el que estrené mis #tombowdualbrush y casi me muero de la pena porque no podía escribir con ellos, ni tenía ni idea de cómo hacer esas cosas tan chulas que veía aquí en instagram. Así que se quedaron un buen tiempo en el cajón. 💚💚💚 Pero cuando ya dominé el nivel básico de brush lettering con los rotuladores #fudenosuke (los de punta pequeña), decidí volver a intentarlo con los Tombow de punta grande, ¡y empezó a ser un poco más fácil! 💚💚💚 Y luego no he parado de hacer pruebas de degradados, he aprendido a usar el rotulador transparente, a crear volumen, ¡y me lo estoy pasando pipa! 💚💚💚 Es entretenido porque no se hace en un momentito, pero también es relajante y sobre todo hoy me siento orgullosa del resultado!!! 💚💚💚 Si quieres conseguir algo de verdad, no dejes de intentarlo, no sabes cuándo será el día en el que todas las piezas encajarán y todo hará “clic”. 💚💚💚 Si te gustan estas letras, te recuerdo que el brush lettering se aprende, no es un don.
