Nono your posts are PERFECT. Its just your url isn’t that band related so no one can tell you post band stuff. Like when i had my url “wtfcantthinkofaurl” it was hard to get followers but i changed it and now i get atleast 4 everyday
wow haha, well I'll change my url then, even though I'm not very creative and it'll probably be shit but oh well~ and if there's no difference I'll jut turn into dust and fly off with the wind nbd

THIS IS EXCITING INFORMATION WHAT PART OF VA DO YOU LIVE IN!?
any tips for dropping time in the 100m fly? uuggh i hate long course, there are less walls :/
Take out your first 50 strong but smooth. Feel the speed, if that makes sense, but don't overwork yourself. Make sure you breathe at least three or four times in the first 25, as that oxygen you get from there will come in handy when you're coming back on the second 50.
Make your turn quick and push powerfully off the wall. A longer streamline would be beneficial at this point, but only if you're efficient at it. If your streamline slows you down, you may as well swim instead.
This is the hard part. The number one thing is to keep your form!! So often, swimmers will start to swim vertically (myself included). As hard as it is to stay horizontal in the water, you'll have to train yourself in practice to be able to do it. Especially in the 100 fly, it won't come magically to you in a race. Keep kicking, and don't lift your head up too high on the breath.
Finish strong, as it could make a difference of .01 or .06 (evidenced by Michael Phelps in the 2008 and 2012 Olympics, respectively).
Hope this helps!
