Try taking 1 aleve a day for the next week and see if the pain eases. I get a lot of wrist pain because I sleep funny and also knitting 24/7 is bad for you :/

ok! thanks love. i’ll have to give that a shot cuz at this point they hurt when i try to pick up even small things and its kinda bummin me out
