The Yamazaki Delivery Truck was first released April, 2001 (TOMY Blue) and retired January, 2008. This is the 7th model assigned to No.49. It uses Tomica No.98 Isuzu Elf panel truck as it’s base. The model features a working suspension and super speed. It’s scale is 1/78 of the real life truck used by the Yamazaki Baking bread company in Japan. In 2008 (19 January), the No. 49 replaced by the same model Yamazaki Delivery Truck but using a different base. The 2008 release is the 8th model assigned to No. 49 and uses Isuzu Elf Truck as it’s base. It has the same scale but a slightly different feature. It has working suspension and its panel can be opened. After 3 month of delay, in October 2020, Tomica releases a new Tomica Limited Vintage Neo model of Yamazaki Delivery Truck. It is assigned to TLV-N195b, using the same base as TLV-N195a Isuzu Elf Panel Van “Seven Eleven”.
