1. What do you do when you’re sad or upset? It's ridiculous but I dance it out. It's the least destructive coping mechanize I've found. It's easy at home, but at work I have to retreat to the bathroom. I also tend to wash my hands a lot when I get stressed, and only hot water and soap will do, so the bathroom serves both purposes.
2. If you could only eat one kind of food for the rest of your life, what would it be? I would have to be BBQ ribs or brisket. BBQ in general, I think.
3. If you had to sum up your life’s philosophy in a sentence, what would it be? Why let the opinion's of those you have no opinion of change how you view yourself.
4. If you died right now, would you be happy with what you’ve done with your life? Not at all.
5. Cats or dogs? Dogs, dachshunds specifically.
6. Messy or organized? I'm all kinds of organized chaos. Outwardly, I took put together but internally I'm an absolute mess.
7. Which country are you from? USA.
8. If you could kill someone without physical, moral, or psychological damage to yourself and the people around you, would you do it? Depends on the day.
9. What’s something in your life that keeps you going? With the danger of sounding like one of "those" people, my pets (a cat and two dogs) are the lights of my life.
10. Favorite book and why? A hardcover edition of The Complete Tales of Winnie-the-Pooh by A. A. Milne. I received the book from my dad out of the blue one day when I was little and we have this traditional of reading it together every Christmas. He's beginning to show early signs of Alzheimer's, so it's especially special nowadays.
11. Favorite movie and why? Ugh! This is tough. I'm a sucker for most movies composed by John Williams and Danny Elfman, and any movie with a great soundtrack. I particularly love Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Jurassic Park, Jaws, the Indiana Jones films (and, yes, I'm including the Crystal Skull), and the original Star Wars trilogy. It also seems like I have a thing for Steven Spielberg films.
I'm terrible at tagging people but if anyone wants to fill it out, that would be great!
