hii! i used to think yoga was something that was more a spiritual thing than an actual workout routine, but since i’ve been doing it i noticed a lot of changes in and outside of my body and i actually lost weight from only doing yoga a few times per week! if you’re doing more advanced yoga it can get very workout like so maybe you can try that? and besides the advantages of keeping your body healthy, it actually brings you peace in mind and it’ll really make you feel better <3 you can always try it! and thank you so much 😘
