The rune is more symbolic than anything right now, it's pretty obvious that everyone is trapped here The map, the ritual circle and the order we see these so far could make this shape. Well, maybe the one on the throne seal is more of a stretch.

coincidence or not, it was fun to spot this pattern

like how the town is stuck, so is Tabby. It takes a lot for her to not continue her family's way of things.
