My friend and I had a role play where Tadashi hooked up with this really artistic chick and she would sit in his lab and draw him as he explained what he was making / doing. Of course she didn't understand a lot but it was ok because she would do the same thing with ranting and raving about art n stuff. Together they kept Hiro in line and just hung around doing dorky stuff. That's the kind of relationship I think this Tadashi needs lol.

Ohhh man, I really love the science nerd/art nerd relationships because they're like polar opposites. Technically minded and artistically minded.
Imagine Tadashi trying to teach her basic robotics and she's really awful, but he's gentle with her and encourages her all the way. And she tries to teach him how to draw, but he's also pretty bad at anything that isn't geometrical and straight lines (because he'd have to be able to at least draw a decent blueprint, right?) so his drawings always turn out kind of stiff and utilitarian. But like him, she's patient and tries to get him to loosen up a little.
Then some days, when he's crazy tired or frustrated, she draws him things to make him feel better. Or some days she pesters him to pose for her and he's really pretty embarrassed about it, but does it anyway because she says it's for her class.
Imagine them going to art museums and robotics shows. Imagine them both gushing about what they love and the other fondly listening the whole time just because they adore seeing them so happy.
Imagine them combining their talents and making beautiful, helpful machines.
Dude, I ship it and I don't even know her. Tadashi needs to meet an artsy girl.
Tomoyo was trembling but seemed alright. "I'm fine... Im sorry for the disturbance..." she said softly she looked like she was in shock.
Looping one arm under her, Tadashi helped her stand and led her to his swivel chair. Rattled was better than injured.
"Don't apologize. I'm Tadashi Hamada," he said gently, grabbing and opening a bottle of water from his desk. It was one he'd bought for his lunch, but this girl looked like she needed it more. "You gave me quite the surprise... Here. Take a drink."

A blue portal opened up in the middle of the SFIT lab and a woman who shared a likeness to Tadashi fell through. It closed behind her. She scrambled to her feet franticly and looked around in horror.
Tadashi froze in place when he was faced with a bright blue light, dropping the wrench from his hand in panic. Okay… what just happened? He blinked in time with the stranger as they faced each other and tried to gather the courage to say something.
"Uh… hello? Did you just-" he pointed at the place the portal had just been, though it seemed to have disappeared "Who are you?”
