These little guys are so cute!
How to make:
Things you need
-White Stretchy socks (for body)
- Rice (700g for 3)
-Fur fabric
-Elastic bands
-Colourful Sock (for Clothes)
-Elastic bands (small)
Instructions
The body is a white sock cut in half at the heel, filled with rice and tied at the top. Then the nose is drawn out and held with a rubber band, then a piece embroidery cotton. The clothing is a patterned sock cut in half top half as a jumper foot is a hat. I used a glue gun to hold in place
Attracting a Nisse (Tompte)
So, I have really horrible luck with brownies and fae in general (they steal from me constantly and show up uninvited) but I ran into a post about Nisse a little bit ago. I would love to have a resident fae to help with my plants, and I live in a mill house, so there's plenty of fertile land to tend. I tend to have better luck with all things Norse, but don't want to invite one in until I know what that entails. Does anyone have any first hand experience with this kind of fae, good or bad? Also, do they get along with cats/trolls? (I am not 100% sure but my cat might be a troll cat).
