I also don’t have a bearded lumberjack waiting for me upon arrival either. Alas. Fun fact, Chuck Jones was criticized for producing this short because it resembled Disney animation. Leon Schlesinger wasn’t a fan. So Jones changed his approach for his new work, sped up the action, added some jokes and never looked back.
