This highly ornamental fringed outfit - created by Belgian designer Tom Van Der Borght - is part of his collection called "Seven Ways to Be TVDB". Created with lurex, acrylic and material that would have otherwise ended up in a landfill, Tom's edgy non-normative garment - which is as artistic as it is fashionable - is intended to create a sensory bombardment that shakes up the stale, old-school notion of what people are 'supposed' to wear.
