A rough draft of the letter to the man I love.

Dear loved one, It’s been a full year now. Everyday a new adventure, and I can’t wait to see what tomorrow holds for us. You’ve been with me through a lot of turmoil this past year, and yet you have stuck by me through it all. No matter how bad I feel I know that I can come home to you and be held in your strong yet sweet and tender embrace. No matter what we go through I will always be there for you as I know you will for me. There is nothing in the world that could make me love you any less than I do. As I have said I chased you down for quite a few years and I don’t regret any of it. In the back of my head I always knew that I would eventually have the ultimate prize and that prize is having you in my life. You fulfil me in every way possible and nothing could change that. I look forward to many more years of excitement, adventure, and trying things I never would have thought to try. You complete me in more ways than I can count. Though I can count some of the things that have made me fall in love with you my wonderful lover, best friend, and soul mate. 1. Your smile, it melts my heart and keeps me warm on a cold day. 2. Your amazing sense of humor, I never thought I would meet someone who has something even close to my sense of humor but I found you. 3. Your eyes, they stare right into my soul and can read my mind it feels like, I can’t hide anything from your eyes, not that I need to. 4. The fact that you are one of the few people who know literally everything about me and you still want me to be in your life. 5. If I come home angry you hold me and tell me that it’s okay everything will be just fine. 6. The fact that I never believed that everything would be okay and then you came into my life and showed me different way different. I am honestly the luckiest girl in the world, and I can honestly say that I don’t know how I was able to score having someone who loves me as much as you do. You make me know and see that there’s a bright side to everything, that life goes on and that no matter what, I will always have you. So here’s to you, my best friend, my lover, my soul mate, and here’s to many glorious years to come with you by my side. I love you always and forever, to infinity and beyond!
