I cannot BELIEVE that Tonathan Tinkle came back for a guest ep, had more-than-partially discovered how to see the future and developed a third eye (granted he is a divination wizard) and NO ONE made a “grad students will do anything but work on their thesis” or “when are you going to defend” joke .
Absolute waste of having a character who’s canonically a grad student. Like he learns dragon ball z level shuriken! Mr. Tonathan you are not even Dr. Tonathan yet! Mavrus the unschooled is a professor and you aren’t! (Actually kind of accurate for famous professors who do something else cool but don’t have a super academia focused background).
