I have to say I am extremely pleased with this Season! After coaching myself my first show I wasn't 100% sure on how to reverse so I gained 20 lbs over 3 months and this is the before photo when I started prep with TONGSTRONG as well as the Show day Photo from this weekends show in Kentucky!💪💪💪 Hiring Nick Tong was the absolute BEST decision I could have made at that point. He has a true passion for Coaching and is an amazing person who I truly feel is a genuine Person and an incredible Coach! He hasn't missed a beat since we started!! 🙌☺️💪#TONGSTRONG 🏆🎖🏆This year I placed 1st at the NSL Championship in Houston Tx and took overall Bikini athletic Champion,(1st show Ever), placed 3rd at My Pro Debut with the NSL October 15th at the Formulation 1 in Houston Texas, and 2nd Place at the NPC Kentucky Muscle in Kentucky. I even took 3rd in Bikini Novice class that I did for extra stage time. ☺️👌😎 I am EXTREMELY pleased with all the progress I have made and even more excited to go into this Improvement Season with Coach @nicktongstrong! I have a lot of things I want to improve on and I plan on sharing the whole experience! First things first, Coach wants to help me get my metabolism under control, and I want to focus on building better hamstrings and Glutes, core while also getting stronger. I'm 5'1" @ 110lbs.. I want to lift weight like Dana! 🏋🏻♀️!! ... ok maybe not that insane but I want to be stronger and focus on building more tissue! Another focus for me this off season is spending more time with family, doing traditional family stuff, being a wife to my swolemate, cooking him meals for his "cheat meals" as he is in off season too. Lol. I also want to spend more time on helping more people aka FREE BOOTCAMPS???😉😝😝😉. So as I close out this season I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me and get ready for Improvement Season!
