As of today, I have completed my 23rd at-home workout program!! And WOW was this one a commitment - 13 weeks, 6 days per week, 45 minutes per workout. It definitely challenged me physically AND mentally!
Sometimes making big commitments can be really scary. Let's be real, we all have a fear of failing - especially when other people know about it. But I continue to make these public promises to ensure that I continue to show up - no matter what crazy stuff comes my way.
Yes, the physical results are awesome. It's good to feel good in my own skin. But there is something so powerful about making a promise to yourself, and then KEEPING that promise. PROVING that you will show up for yourself and push past all the excuses for any goal that you have 🙌
