I honestly dislike video of myself sometimes (I think I look like a goof! Lol) , but I took some video of me throwing the new freakshow flip by @dveightbowling. Trying a new span and pitching change, to help me get out of the ball earlier. Now all I have to do is relax. Easier said then done. Loving the ball! Drilled pin down, good kick at the end. Oh, and yes I am wearing house shoes I'm a dummy and left my shoes at home, and I'm wearing Christmas socks I found in my car.
