HONESTLY he's digging himself into a hole like why even comment on it. Just stay out of it. He obviously doesn't know what he's talking about. try snacking throughout the day instead? also after eating a little bit wait a few minutes to see how your stomach reacts and if you’re feeling full or what not, especially if you generally eat really fast (like me..)

i should try that....i mostly forget to eat and then binge eat tho so it;s kinda hard aaaa
