Fer un sofregit amb 250g de tomaquet, 1 ceba, 1 pebrot. Preparar i picar 2ous durs. Picar unes quantes olives verdes. Picar 400g de pit de pollastre cuit o tonyina de llauna. Barrejar-ho tot al sofegit. Possar una base de pasta de full en una safata de forn i possar-hi el farcit. Tapar-ho amb l'altre base de.pasta de full, tancar el perimetre i pintar amb ou batut. Coure aprox 35 min a 180º al forn en posició =
