Just remember that someone who's in a higher position isn't necessarily better at it or smarter than you. I've had to teach some of my managers really basic stuff.

Yeah I guess I'm just struggling with the best way to bring it up/teach these things without coming off as a brat/know-it-all/and so on. The few times I've been like "hey, did you know about this neat thing?" or "watch me do this to make sure this is what you were thinking" have kinda led to a brush off, or a simple "i don't do design in photoshop" or similar kinda... shutdowns :/

I know there's plenty of stuff I could learn from this other person too, it's just not like... technical software quirks.
