Feeling better than I ever have. The first week I lost 20 pounds just eating normal foods I made this animation to show the transformation. Instagram may not show the animation so I put each picture as well as a tutorial method of making an animation. Each step of the edit. I lost a lot of weight last year this old pic from 2017 and a new pic. You know what they say about fat and happy. But the knowledge is out there.
