The North Pole of Y'dosk was founded and populated by a distinct group of toomily that resemble seals; They took it upon themselves to protect the World Crystal located there, building a fortress of ice around it. And as guardians, they adopted an isolationist mindset for their village, not unwelcoming to outsiders from "the warmlands" but not letting them stay long.

More recently however, villagers and outsiders come and go as they please, which is frowned upon by the more 'traditional' residents.

Peoni Saxifragal got what he wanted, a super suit to easily become stronger and more respected; But Issac also got what he wanted, a guinea pig for all sorts of experiments.

Who knew a punk wanting to take shortcuts meeting a mad scientist would result in a pretty competent Hero!

For Swordmaidens like Susanagi, they were born with the power to imbue their weapons with their own aura, adding magic properties to them. Her her current blade of choice doesn't even have an edge, instead cutting with a combination of highspeed vibrations and intensely focused energy.

Of course doing Vertex's post means Nadir is not far behind!

As and inverse of 'Tex Nadir didn't become a bounty hunter out of a strong sense of justice, but because it was something he was good at, the orphanages of Y'dosk have access to many training courses. He was content with minimal lifestyle alone, funded by the government, but then a fiery goofball strong-armed their way into his life... Atleast things won't be boring now!

Returning to posts focused on specific ocs, We have Vertex this time! Inspired at a young age to become a seeker of justice, and finding the freelance work of bounty hunting the best fit for him. Originally his rambunctious nature got him in trouble with other bounty hunters and cops alike, eventually annoying Nadir so much that the only solution was to become partners. (trust me, the logic checks out)

Very much inspired by those 80s-90s anime furry/protags that all sported those eyelash spikes. The music themes I picked reflect his more laid-back side, but just imagine faster battle versions for when things get exciting.
