What is procrastination? Well to begin with, it’s the only “school” skill I’ve mastered. For years and years I’ve been able to put off my school work til the very last night even when my teachers say “ThIs AsSiGnMeNt CaNt Be DoNe In OnE nIgHt!” I view that as a challenge. However, these bookmarked and writing tools assignment are a force to be dealt with. I can not procrastinate these assignments. During the actual school year (oh how I miss those days), the assignments were never this time consuming. Have I broken multiple pens and possibly a table trying to do them? You know damn well I did. For a little bit of background to my last blog post, it all started when Antonio texted me asking if I knew what to do for the WT 1-5 assignment... I didn’t even know we had them! I used some vulgar language that can’t be repeated here and I immediately hopped on the discord to figure out what we had to do. Being the special little boy I am, I couldn’t understand which chapters we had to read for said assignment. Once again the vulgar language started spilling out from frustration. I couldn’t get my mind in order. What did I do you might ask? I put in my headphones, told my brother to shut up and I started in on the assignments. After 3 hours I felt completed... welllllll expect for the fact I did them all in BLUE PEN! Like lightning I changed the filter on my camera to black and white. Snapped some pics and turned them in. Mission accomplished. After this I needed to calm down and have some me time. I sat down in the theater and turned on Joker. I knew the basics of the movie but I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Two hours of crying later I finished the movie, ranted on Snapchat and then ranted again on my last blog post. As you can obviously tell. I’m not a happy camper at the moment. The boys, however, saw this and came to my side to see if I was okay. I wasn’t but that’s a tall tale for another time. Now to get out of the feels, I think it’s time for a movie review. My overall opinion on Joker was that it’s a very strong moving movie, I understand that people might not have liked the whole idea of a “lunatic” being portrayed as a “hero”, but honestly, everyone deserves to be treated like a hero every once and awhile. It makes us all feel better about ourselves. With this being said, GN everyone and remember, you may not think largely of yourself but people still view you as a hero.
